The screw caps of the IBR sample bottles are available in sizes DIN 38, DIN 55 and DIN 68 and are made of temperature- and oil-resistant polypropylene. The screw caps seal securely with a special lip seal.
The plastic IBR sample bottles are available in size 100 ml corrugated (for coolant).

IBR sample bottles Super Clean and Clean have an average cleanliness degree according to ISO 4406 of 13/9/8. However, there is no continuous verification, so that the cleanliness degree cannot be guaranteed.
The IBR sample bottles Super Clean and Clean are suitable for all types of analyses, e.g. for chemical-physical oil analyses, where an undefined cleanliness degree of the sample bottles does not severely distort the analysis result.

The IBR plastic screw cap is classified up to 100° C as resistant to machine oils and chemicals. The sealing cone is precisely matched to the opening diameter of the sample bottles. This enables very high sealing values to be achieved. The side corrugation ensures a good grip.
