The basic requirement for an exact oil analysis: High quality IBR sample bottles

The IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean” are pre-cleaned and re-treated in a complex process based on ISO 5884 with the latest disinfection machines and specially developed programs and cleaners.

The suitability and control of the cleaning procedure for the IBR sample bottles is in accordance with ISO 3722. The cleanliness degree of the IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean” is controlled by an automatic particle counting device with the latest evaluation software, as well as a regular calibration and validation.

The IBR sample bottles are made of clear glass type III DIN/ISO 719 or container class III according to DIN/ISO 52339-TO180. Their composition of the raw materials used is of a high quality and they have a uniform wall thickness distribution. As a result, the IBR sample bottles offer good thermal shock resistance and protection against glass breakage - for more safety in the application.

The screw caps for the IBR sample bottles made of temperature- and oil-resistant polypropylene with lip seal guarantee a safe and clean closure.

The IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean” are specially cleaned under clean room conditions, re-treated, capped and sealed. 

A certificate regarding the cleanliness according to ISO 5884 and the control according to ISO 3722 is enclosed with each delivery of IBR sample bottles “Ultra Clean”.
